During peak periods such as sales events or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number for easy reference.


Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on your location within the Philippines:

  • Metro Manila: Estimated delivery is within 2–5 business days after order processing.
  • Provincial Areas: Estimated delivery is within 7-14 business days, depending on location accessibility.

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service disruptions, or public holidays.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We are pleased to offer free nationwide shipping for orders that meet a minimum purchase amount of ₱5,000 and are fully paid via GCash, Bank Transfer, or PayPal, allowing you to enjoy the VERY THAT WORLD experience wherever you are in the Philippines.


International Shipping

For overseas orders, shipping fees and delivery timeframes will vary by destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email after your package has been shipped. This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real time and estimate its arrival.
