At VERY THAT WORLD, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged Items
We only accept returns and refunds for items that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the damage, including the packaging and the product.
Once we review the evidence, we will notify you if your return request has been approved.
Return Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the full name, contact number, and warehouse address of our designated contact person. You will be responsible for arranging the return shipment from your location.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
Please note that returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If the return shipment arrives with unpaid shipping fees, the amount will be deducted from the total refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The refund will only cover the amount paid for the item, excluding any shipping costs.
